Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit – Acute Rehabilitation
Referral and admission criteria for our inpatient rehabilitation program include:

• Stable Medical condition.
• Need for 24-hour medical and nursing care.
• Potential for functional improvement.
• Motivation to participate in the rehabilitation program.
• Need for at least two types of therapy on a daily basis (physical, occupational, and/or speech language).
• The ability to tolerate three hours of therapy at least five days per week.
• Any insurance specific criteria as defined by your insurance provider.
• Private insurances and Medicaid require pre-authorization prior to admission, Medicare does not.

Outpatient Programs
Outpatient services require a referral from a physician or provider.
